24 Weeks Pregnant!

This last month has just flown by. Being mommy to a 4 year old and a 2 year old definitely makes the days go by so quick, I know they will go by even faster when this little girl arrives!

This month I am finally starting to feel truly pregnant. My belly is getting bigger and I am starting to notice that my balance isn't quite what it used to be and that I get tired, winded a lot easier as well. Plus, my little one is starting to be a lot more active and I absolutely love it. I LOVE feeling her wiggle and kick inside me, my absolutely favorite part about being pregnant. A few days ago, baby was wiggling a lot in the same spot so I called Rachel over to feel, she just started laughing when she got kicked multiple times. She said that was crazy. I am so blessed to be able to share this with Rachel and Joleen, they are making this pregnancy so special. I just love how excited they are about the idea of having a new baby sister. Rachel will tell random people that her mommy is going to have a baby and that we're naming her Rebecca Marie. Just warms my heart so hear that love for her when she isn't even here yet.

Also, this week Josh and I bought a new couch, coffee table and matching end tables, dresser and twin mattresses for the girls. I am so excited to get a new couch. I don't think I would have survived the first 2 weeks of having a newborn on the old one. It won't be delivered until the end of the month, Josh and I are definitely counting down the days until it gets here. I also am very excited that girls will have a dresser finally. It will make keeping their room a lot cleaner and also help me in getting ready for baby girl to get here. I'll have a place to put her clothes as well.

It looks like we will be keeping all the girls in one room. I think Rachel and Joleen will be sleeping on their new mattresses on the floor for a little while while Josh makes them a new bunk bed (Rachel's pretty excited about that). Once we have the bunk beds then we'll have room for the crib in there too.

This is such an exciting time for all of us. I think a new baby brings so much joy to a family, I know it is in mine. Talking with mom about her coming up and visiting the week of baby's due date, looking forward to having another hand to help me around the house especially since school will be starting again for Rachel then. So much to look forward to and I am loving every minute of it.

My Dear Sweet Little Baby,
I know you have grown so much these last few weeks. I am really starting to feel you, the weight of you and your sweet kicks. Everyone is getting very excited to see you and hold you. Continue to grow strong and healthy. Know that I love you dearly.
Love, Mommy
