Yesterday Josh and I went to the doctor again for a blood test and check up. I'm still doing great in the weight gain area, blood pressure is good. We also got to hear the heartbeat again... I really do love that sound. It sped up a little bit 157 beats per minute. Then we set up our ultrasound for 20 weeks. The blood test that we did was a screening test for down syndrome and I think spina bifida. It doesn't say if the baby has it but just says if we're at a higher risk of it or are fine. I'm not too worried about. I know that we will be blessed with whatever God gives us. But we are definitely praying for a healthy baby.
Also! Yesterday, Josh called his friend Jody to see if we could have an ultrasound done. He trimmed her house for her and she loved it so much that she said when we got pregnant that she would give us free ultrasounds, we have yet to take her up on that offer. We are getting very anxious to find out what we are having so we called her yesterday. She told us we could come in on Wednesday (tomorrow) and she will do an ultrasound and hopefully tell us what we are having! I'm so excited! We can't wait to find out if we are having the little boy that we think we are having or if we're going to be surprised and blessed by a little girl. When we do find out, I will post it the second after so you all know.
